Gerasimos Liberatos, Esq. is an associate at Marco & Sitaras, PLLC.
Gerasimos first joined the firm in 2016 as an intern while in law school, gaining valuable, in-depth, hands-on experience in commercial and construction litigation. After his admission to the Bar in New York in 2019, he hit the ground running, taking on high level assignments and representation in a wide variety of commercial and business matters. Gerasimos is not only a litigator, but he is an integral part of the firm’s real estate and business transactions practice, representing clients on commercial real estate transactions (including purchase, sale, leases, 1031 exchanges, access agreements), and business transactions (including purchases and sales of businesses, and drafting and structuring partnership and LLC operating agreements).
Gerasimos is admitted to practice law in New York, Florida, and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern District and Eastern District of New York and New Jersey District Court. Gerasimos earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, he enrolled in the Bankruptcy Advocacy Clinic. Gerasimos was also a member of St. John’s New York International Law Review. Gerasimos attended Baruch College, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management, magna cum laude. Gerasimos is fluent in both English and Greek.
